The 2022 Health & Benefits Leadership conference has come to a close, but the topics discussed are here to stay. Mental health offerings are among the leading requests from employees, but much more than simply offering benefits, employers need to help their people with accessing these benefits. Additionally, COVID taught a lot of employers about the need for wellness as many avoided routine care during the pandemic. Many organizations created crisis teams to help during the pandemic and are learning that they may be here to stay.
