According to the 2022 Talent Trends research, conducted by Randstad Sourceright, 86% of leaders say that flexible work arrangements are helping them overcome talent scarcity. Additionally, a benefits menu that includes a pick and choose model, helps employees utilize the benefits that they need and eliminate the ones they don't. Growth and mobility opportunities are high on employee lists as well. Finally, employee feedback is crucial to understanding what a population needs. How will benefits offerings change and will it help retain and gain top talent?
