Benefits are among the leading reason why individuals leave their jobs. For far too long, many organizations have offered a one-size-fits-all approach to employee benefits. Given the current market, there is a need for change, and it has already begun happening. Offering a benefits menu rather than an all-in-one approach provides employees the flexibility they are looking for. They want more than just health, dental and vision insurance. Benefits such as a 401k, pet insurance, childcare subsidy, commuter benefits or education stipends are emerging as top offerings to onboard and retain top talent. With a record number of employees leaving their positions in 2021, and nearly 1 in 4 employees still actively searching for a new role, what will employers do to enhance their benefit offerings?
