Employers Plan to Be Stricter With Working Parents Over WFH Flexibility

Hybrid and remote work are here to stay. Even as the pandemic ends, these models have proven to help retain employees. Many employers, however, are looking into setting up parameters for those who are working from home. In a recent survey conducted by FlexJobs, 28% of respondents stated that distractions in the home were among the biggest challenges. How can employers meet the needs of their employees while maintaining a distraction-free environment? Some may call on remote or hybrid-work agreements which allow employees to maintain their work from home status with employer guidelines in place.
