Employee Benefits News
Many employers are trying to make wellness a priority for their people, however, a recent survey from Visier found that employers and their employees aren't on the same page. The survey showed that while 80% of employers believe they are doing a good job supporting the physical and mental health of their employees, just 46% of employees agree. Additionally, 75% of remote executives prefer to work in office 3 days a week, but only 37% of non-executives concur. Furthermore, 72% of executives feel they are being open about post-pandemic policies, while only 47% of employees agree. Finally, 74% of executives believe they are doing enough to upskill their employees and just 36% of employees agree. Employers and employees don't seem to be seeing eye to eye, leading to record levels of burnout. So, how can this be fixed? Surveying populations to see where everyone stands may be the first step in the right direction.
