Mental health in the work place is a growing topic, but is it actually being addressed? Many are finding that treating their mental health through therapy can be difficult due to scheduling conflicts with either work or personal commitments, but employers can help. Allowing employees to take the time they need during a typical workday to have a session with their therapist is one of the many ways employers can support mental health in their workplace.
