According to a report from the research services firm Clutch, 63% of American households with children have both parents working full-time, however, only 6% of employers offer child care benefits. Additionally, 28% of women with children under the age of 18 left the workforce during the pandemic, seemingly due to lack of child care offerings. With such large numbers of individuals leaving the workforce and the challenges the current one-size-fits all benefits package presents, how will employers change their benefit offerings to support their employees' wellbeing?
