Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts have changed over the past few years and rightfully so. Expanding on diversity and inclusion policies opens up organizations to a new pool of candidates. New DEI efforts foster an environment of support for an employee's entire wellbeing and not just workplace. Leading DEI efforts include policies surrounding neurodiversity, adoption, domestic abuse, menopause and miscarriages. These efforts have increased by as much as 61% as of the end of 2021.
