- Increasing Engagement
Icon has seen significant increases in participation and engagement over the last several years. In 2017, just about half of Icon’s eligible population participated in the wellness offering. By 2019, engagement increased to 72 percent. - Managing Risk
Overall, the company has been able to maintain its risk level the past three years. Additionally, the company has seen decreases in key wellbeing risks, including stress and anxiety. Specifically, stress decreased by 11 percent, while anxiety was down 24 percent this year compared with earlier screenings.
