Angel of Lower Wacker was founded by Dr. Patrick Angelo, whose mission is to serve the unhoused community throughout the Chicagoland area. Through the kind hearts of volunteers and various partnerships, the charity provides food, water, clothing, toiletries, showers, tents and numerous other resources to help our friends in need. On Saturday, January 8th, we were fortunate enough to serve the Garfield Park neighborhood here in Chicago. Our team helped individuals gear up for the cold weather ahead by handing out blankets, coats, clothes and other cold weather gear. Additionally, the team handed out grocery essentials to help feed those in need. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our team members, we were able to serve approximately 120 people throughout the area. We look forward to bringing more events to surrounding areas in the community and supporting the Chicagoland area, one neighborhood at a time.
