Angel of Lower Wacker was founded by Dr. Patrick Angelo, whose mission is to serve the unhoused community throughout the Chicagoland area. Through the kind hearts of volunteers and various partnerships, the charity provides food, water, clothing, toiletries, showers, tents and numerous other resources to help our friends in need. Angel of Lower Wacker Drive Fund at St. Luke’s Parish School

Posted July 06, 2021 by CHC Wellbeing.

Gino Folino, Liam Devlin and Santiago Rocha were the organizers of a recent sock drive at St. Luke’s Parish School. This group of second graders were able to collect 490 pairs of socks to hand out to those in need. Socks are by far the most requested item of clothing from our friends living on the streets. Dr. Angelo was able to share the importance of giving back to those in need and commended them on a successful sock drive.

We greatly appreciate the efforts made by these three outstanding young men (and their parents). Great job and thank you to all involved!
