According to MetLife's 20th annual Employee Benefit Trends Study, job satisfaction and loyalty are at a 20-year low across all generations with 'Zillenials' being the least satisfied. This mini-generation, individuals born between 1993-1998, has added over 5 million workers to the workforce over the last 5 years and are setting the bar for employee benefits. 1 in 4 'Zillenials' say that they have considered leaving their employer for an improved benefits package. Most say they want a combination of traditional and new benefits, flexible work environments, and mental health support. How will employers support this growing workforce and will these offerings become the new standard?
