According to a report by LinkedIn, 63% of employees are looking for a position in a company that supports and promotes work-life balance. Camaraderie and workplace culture are next in line, in addition to flexibility. In fact, there has been an 83% increased in job posts that mention flexibility since 2019. These trends are clearly here to stay, so how will employers adapt so they can retain and gain the best talent?
