Increased Revenue, Fewer Resignations: New Data Spotlights Benefits of a 4-Day Workweek

Conversations about a 4-day workweek have been circling for some time now. However, a recent study testing the validity of a 4-day workweek has found some unique results. 33 companies participated in the study and not a single one of the companies will be reverting back to the traditional 5-day workweek model. In fact, data shows that these organizations increased their revenue and employee productivity all while decreasing absenteeism and turnover. While this is the first study of many, a U.S. trial began last month hoping to further the findings. Will we see a transition to a 4-day workweek soon? If so, what will the workweek look like?
