The difference in the unemployment rate for those with a high school diploma or less and those with a bachelor's degree or more has grown 4 times higher than prior to COVID-19, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics. With months of remote work, employees have had time to contemplate their purpose. Adding educational advancement to benefits packages may be key in employee happiness and retention.
