The Saint Louis Art Museum collects, presents, interprets, and conserves works of art of the highest quality across time and cultures. It was founded in 1879 and today is considered one of the best institutions of its kind.
Since its baseline year of 2013, the Art Museum has made great strides with a comprehensive approach to wellbeing improvement across its population. In the video below, Bev LaFata, Benefits Manager, talks about the Art Museum's approach, and the organization’s experience with CHC Wellbeing.

From baseline to 2018, the Art Museum has been able to reduce the prevalence of benchmark wellbeing risks by 32 percent. In doing so, the organization has fueled positive risk migration within its population. The number of high risk participants has been cut in half during this time, while the number of individuals considered medium risk has also declined.
Facilitating a stronger relationship with primary care providers and pursuing preventive screenings are major priorities for the Art Museum. While the organization has seen increases in virtually all clinical preventive screenings, two big jumps are prostate screenings – from 38% in baseline to 66% in 2018 and dental exams – up from 63% in baseline to 81% in 2018.
